1. Service Description

RowSweep is a browser-based CSV cleaning tool operated by Frequency AI Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Cashew Crate. All data processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not store, access, or transmit your CSV files.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using RowSweep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

RowSweep offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid Pro tier with unlimited usage. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through Polar. For refund requests, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

The RowSweep software, design, and branding are owned by Frequency AI Ltd. Your CSV data remains entirely yours — we never see it, store it, or claim any rights to it.

6. Limitation of Liability

RowSweep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or any damages arising from the use of this tool. Always keep backups of your original files.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
